Should you have any inquiries we will be happy to provide you with any detail you need. For customers' service, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

We provide express service door-to-door shipments through EMS postal services. Your wine is shipped in special boxes to prevent breakage but our company does not cover breakage of bottles. Delivery to your destination should normally take 7 business days. If you placed your order during the weekend or during a Jewish holiday delivery may take a couple of days longer.

Many states and countries restrict the shipment of wine. If you live in a location where this is the case please accept our apologies however we are forbidden to ship to your destination. For more information on state laws concerning shipments of alcohol.

When you place an order on this site you should receive receipt via email for your order, a second email will be sent to confirm that your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. If for whatever reason there is a problem with your order we will notify you by the end of the following business day.
